Delivery
  We offer next business day delivery when you order by 6:00 pm ?Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 6pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between the hours of 9am ?5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery is free on orders over $500 excluding GST and PST, coupons or price matches within the United States of America and Canada. The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability. Orders under $500 are charged a $15 shipping and handling fee within Canada and $20 for the United States of America.

Orders placed outside of United States of America and Canada may take 3-5 business days and a $30 shipping and handling charged.

Special order items may take a little longer for delivery but are generally delivered within 2-10 days.

In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed. We observe all Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada. If you are in an area that is observing a holiday and are unsure of your delivery date, please contact us.

TOP How to Shop

When you find an item you want to buy, just click on the "Add to Cart" button. It will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click on the 'Red X' icon which is placing beside the price of the item which you have selected to delete from your cart and click the 'update' button.

Most browsers will automatically update your cart when you select a different configuration. When you have all of the products you want to purchase in your shopping cart, simply click on the "Updated" button to update your order and click on the "Purchase" button to continue through the checkout process.

 
TOP How to Pay

Aus Era 2000 accepts the following: American Express, Mastercard and Visa. The charge for your order will appear on your credit card bill as "Rican Ventures Limited".

 
TOP Shipping

We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly via FedEx-2 days. Though all of our products are fully stocked before we offer them to you, occasionally demand exceeds supply. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately. There is no extra charge for back ordered shipments. Although anyone may browse through our store, in order to make a purchase, your shipping address must be within Canada and the United States.

Orders placed outside of United States of America and Canada may take 3-5 business days and a $15 shipping and handling charged.

 
TOP Sales Tax

We are required to collect Sales Tax for orders shipped to Canada. Tax will be collected at the rates in effect at the time of shipping your order. The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

A confirmation with number will be send to the customer upon we recieved the order, please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.

 
TOP Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will generally arrive in 5-7 days. If we will not be able to deliver your order in 5-7 days, we will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 
TOP How to change your order

Aus Era 2000 processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to admin@ausera2000.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.

TOP Returns and Exchanges

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 14 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened and in saleable condition in its original packaging, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange it for you if returned within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.

Gift Orders: If your order is a gift order and the gift recipient wishes to return or exchange it, they may do so for any reason within 14 days of receipt. It must be returned to us with the outer wrapping intact. Upon our receipt of the returned product, we'll be happy to give credit for the cost of the item(s) returned and any associated sales tax to the credit card account originally charged. The sender will only be responsible for the return shipping costs. At the time of the exchange request, our Customer Service Department will be happy to help the gift recipient with a replacement order. Please read Return/Exchange Instructions.

Complete the "Return and Exchanges" form on the back of your packing slip and provide Aus Era 2000 with the following information:

  • Your mailing address
  • Your phone number
  • Order confirmation number
  • What you are returning and why
  • How you would like us to handle your return or exchange

Please mail the package to the address below. We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service which provides shipment tracking or insurance, please ship returned merchandise to:

Please note: You can expect your refund or exchange within four weeks from the time you mailed your return merchandise to Aus Era 2000.
